The sterile spamming CV

Write a resume is easy. Write a good resume is a bit 'simple and requires less effort and attention. In order to avoid gross errors (see previous post) that would risk closing opportunities and possibilities, better to follow some rule of thumb, but indispensable, so that your curriculum is not merely a sterile and inaccurate list of things that more or less have done so far but winning a weapon to attract and capture the attention of those who could offer the fantastic job you dream for some time.
A business card that captures the attention and the curiosity of the interviewer and to communicate that you're just the person to call. The aim is precisely to bring out your profile among dozens, hundreds (thousands?) Of other applications. Why should the law who do you call? What have you to do more or better than everyone else?
One aspect that is often overlooked but which would not be underestimated is the fact the company needs to know to whom send your CV and possibly also the characteristics of the profile sought. In this way you will be able to customize it, highlighting the characteristics and experiences that are more line with the figure sought (for example, if you are applying for a position that ricede knowledge of foreign languages, will give visibility to the experiences abroad, but if you apply for a position that requires the exclusive use of Italian, would be no need to list the language course lasting three days and a half as you did when you were at medium ...).
Keep in mind the relevance of your profile compared to business needs and avoid spamming your CV in one version to all companies in the world! Brings many more results to choose the few companies to contact and for each "tune" otherwise your resume, so do not plan to do before finding a job candidates in a general way everywhere will come to nothing.
Avoid also offer two different locations within the same company. You must convince the interviewer to see you as the solution to that particular need, because you have the skills and motivation needed, because you are perfect for that job. Apply for multiple roles (or worse still get to talk and say everything is fine, just work!) Devalues \u200b\u200bthe very perception that the breeder of your worth and you do not see really motivated.
In the next post we shall see in detail how to structure a good CV and how to become an instrument able to open up more doors as possible.
