What Do I Need For A Recurve Bow

Leros and plugs to be a writer

It appears to me the first time dressed very casual. It seems one of my age, perilous autograph requests to Andrea Di Carlo. Please, Massimo Lerose it's not old (31 years only), but the fact of being a writer before even younger than he really has put a thousand questions. You know, that desire to ask for everything. How do you write a book, almost trivial questions. How do you sell a book, almost commercial applications. Max (as signature) is making his bones as a writer, but is also an actor and dreams of becoming a director. But what will be? For now, he wrote "Apnea", a thriller that also presented in Turin. Dressed in jeans and red T-shirt would not release the interview. With the role of Facebook, yes. Perhaps because he realized the potential of the medium?

Apnea is your first novel: why the choice of a yellow?
Why I do not like things simple, especially in my work. Because I know that yellow is one of the most difficult genres, I thought ... well, the challenge is playing with myself! As the setting

reasons to Terracina, your hometown?
You write what you know and Terracina is my home, my mother is. And why set a mystery in the province in a town big enough but very little that created suspense in wondering "what if I were the next victim?" And then "but really know who is around me?".

Who is Eduardo Scarpa?
A thirty-year stage actor, who knows the whole city and everybody knows him. But true friends are few. He is one who loves his city and wants to rise again as she has done in over two thousand years of history. It looks very similar to someone I know ... (laughter). It is primarily the story of a cynical scapegoating and violence banal.

The plot of the book ...
A serial killer kills its victims without the shedding of blood, but literally sending them in "breath." These murders upset and involve not only the town of Terracina ready to its umpteenth season, but also and above all Scarpa Eduardo and his friends of the Theatre Company, the Mosquito. Love, intrigue, betrayal ... but also lots of laughter, because life and death go hand in hand.

How long had it in the drawer?
The idea was born in 2005 (the year in which it is set) as well as the first draft. The following year, after graduation, I did read the writer Teresa Fields that gave me the right suggestions to make it "attractive" a publishing house. After another year's work came the proposal for a contract with the publisher perspective, an average house for ten years and it works very well known in the environment.

How difficult is it today to a young man wanting to be a writer?
In theory it is easy. Get a sheet of paper, a pen and write. In practice it is very complicated, there are situations that go beyond the skill, follow market logic. But if you have talent you find your own space. The important thing is to be consistent with themselves. Write what you feel. What the writer is one of the few occupations where age, thankfully, does not count.

How did you manage to emerge?
You did not want to be too "apnea"! Apart from the joke, depending on what perspective you look at the "success". Today people are used to seeing only the TV, reality shows or talent shows, and believes that only if it appears in the magic box you are famous or have success. I make art for three years and when I know that only by constant study, commitment to 100% and a bit 'of talent can emerge ... has to be there, do not appear.

grow up what would you like to do? Writing or co-write what you write?
Continue to do what I do for 28 years in this part: writing, acting, to directing, script-writer. The goal is to survive, in the sense that I content to pay us the rent, groceries, beer and a movie every so often and a low-cost trip when it happens. If you lower the requirements even lower costs.

is true that we will soon witness a cinematic transposition of your novel?
Maybe! The dream, as the project there. But if by publishing the time is relatively long, for the cinema are sidereal. I can only say that APNEA lends itself to cinema.

How many copies have you sold?
I do not have official figures, but I know that in less than 4 months we have over 500 copies, which are a very good result for a rookie who was not involved in the marketing of Major.

Are you satisfied with the success you're enjoying?
Iil success is a relative thing. I am pleased that my work is appreciated by many, especially at Terracina, where the famous saying "San Cesareo go Right to strangers" is sadly true that this time ... but it seems to be going otherwise.

Who inspired you? What are your favorite writers?
Honestly I have not inspired anyone. Hitchcock and his yellow influenced me a lot. Favorite writers: Calvino, Tolkien, Pennac, Montalban.

Pennac or benign?
I choose both, because one is a talented writer, mystery writer and humorist at the same time, the other a great actor, comedian and poet in unison. You were also

the Book Fair in Turin: now the second novel set in the city the industry?
No. I could not set it to Turin because he did not know enough, in fact, almost nothing. I've been there twice, first to see my Taurus and the second for the Book Fair where I presented APNEA.

How did you find the fair?
Exciting, enormous. For the first time I understood to be a writer in all respects with serious people (publishers, literary agency, media etc..) Behind. It is a major event for anyone who loves books, both for those who made them and for those who use.

way, when the sequel to "Apnea"?
could leave before Christmas. It is titled "MAL'ARIA.

What do you talk?
is a yellow, always set in Terracina during the World Cup 2006, including works of art theft and murder, but also a historical connotation. The protagonist is always Eduardo Scarpa, despite its still involved in an ugly story.

Have you ever thought about changing that?
I'm venturing with other genres, and writing stories that planning two more novels.

you like best about writing or acting?
Want more good mom or dad? (Laughter)

Water, air, earth or fire?
Sea ... then water. (Rightly, ed)

apnea or quiet breathing?
The peaceful breath of a person who sleeps beside you and that person sends you diving in with a kiss. (I had asked for a, I)

Terracina or cities?
I studied in Rome, I live five days a week, is wonderful ... but as they say in Naples: 'a house is simp' 'home!

What do you think people's thirst for blood like stories in Apnea?
People usually is morbid, but always and until it happens to someone who is very close. I think it is a kind of psychological catharsis, a mantra that is recited inwardly: "Not this time it happened to me."
